In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against the Georgia Institute of Technology, Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, its members, officers and employees, race officials, sponsors of the Race for Roses Junior Road Race, and any groups or individuals associated with this race for injury or illness, including death that may result directly or indirectly from my participation in this event. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this event.
